Ali "Toni" Hamady (Kida Khodr Ramadan) is the head of an Arab clan whose people control the eponymous "4 blocks" in Berlin's Neukölln district. The business of girls, casinos, drugs and protection money is extremely lucrative, but also very brutal, bloody and stressful.
Less because of moral reasons, but because he wants to take more care of his wife and little daughter, Toni decides to get out of the illegal daily business. A quieter life as a real estate owner without police stress floats before him, but a police action, enemy rockers and especially his own brutal brother thwarting Tony's plans for peaceful family life
